BIKRAM'S BEGINNING YOGA CLASS is suitable for everyone. Flexibility, endurance and balance comes on its own with time. Everyone practices at their own level with the instruction of the Yoga teacher.

Nonathletic and inflexible?
It does not matter how “perfectly” a posture is performed. The only important thing is that you are willing to do your best regardless of the results.

90% of our students have never practiced yoga before joining us.

Can I lose weight from practicing Bikram Yoga?
Yes. You can burn between approximately 500-700 calories during a yoga class. You work the whole body through specifically targeted muscle tension and conscious breathing.

Why the heat?
The heat allows for a safe and injury free practice as well as increased flexibility. The body is purified through a boosted metabolism and intensive sweating.
