Good to know for beginners:

  • All the classes are also suitable for beginners and no registration is required.
  • If it is your first time, please come 20 minutes before the start of class.
  • Yoga is practiced barefoot in light sport attire.
  • Be prepared for a good sweat and an intensive practice.
  • There are separate male and female change rooms with showers.
  • Please bring a 1.5 litre bottle of still water (no glass bottles please), 2 big towels and a yoga mat with you. (There are mats available to rent).
  • Do not eat a heavy meal 2-3 hours before the start of class 
  • Do drink a lot of water before the class!
It is imperative that you inform the teacher before the start of class if you're sick, injured or in any other discomfort.
If necessary, please speak to a doctor beforehand.
